Meet Dr. Alka Yadav

Dr. Alka Yadav, with 20+ years of clinical experience is the proud owner and founder of Thyme Dental. Her mission has always been simple: to bridge the gap between premium dental care and affordability.

Educational Excellence & Specialization

Dr. Alka graduated from BRS Dental College, Panchkula (2005) and started her journey in dentistry. She underwent a 1 year Residency programme (from 2008 to 2009) at one of New Delhi's most esteemed hospitals, the Safdarjung Hospital.

An ardent lover of arts and sciences, she undertook a Smile Designing Course from New York University College of Dentistry (in association with Smile Care) which is one of the most specialized courses in India. Her knowledge enables her to create smiles that are as beautiful as they are healthy.

A Legacy of Leadership

Before establishing her own practice, Dr. Alka held several high-profile leadership roles across India’s most respected healthcare institutions:

  • Clinic Head at Clove Dental.
  • Head of Dental Department at BLK Hospital, Delhi.
  • Senior Consultant at Apollo Clinic and Artemis Hospital, Gurgaon.

At Thyme Dental, clinical hygiene isn't just a protocol, it is our highest priority. We understand that trust is built on safety, which is why we maintain a zero-compromise environment to prevent the spread of infection.

We believe in complete transparency when it comes to your health. Every instrument and surface in our clinic undergoes a rigorous, multi-stage sterilization process to meet the highest medical standards.

Our Four-Step Instrument Cleaning

To guarantee 100% sterilization, every instrument goes through this rigorous cycle:

  • Manual Cleansing: We start with a thorough hand-wash to remove any deposits or residue.
  • Disinfectant Soak: Instruments are submerged in a specialized solution for one hour to ensure deep cleaning.
  • Ultrasonic Bath: We use high-frequency ultrasonic technology and strong disinfectant for 15 minutes to reach every tiny surface.
  • Class B Autoclave: After being air-dried and sealed in individual pouches, instruments are placed in a best-in-class autoclave that uses Class B heat to ensure they are perfectly sterile.
